Reiki therapy is an ancient Japanese method that works on the principle that energy can balance the body and mind.
Reiki is said to improve many aspects of life - from emotional well-being to stress reduction and mental clarity. Its techniques can be used on the body, mind and spirit, whatever the ailment may be.
Since my attunements to Reiki, in 2006, I incorporate Reiki with Shiatsu points and clients have fed back their positive response to this way of working.
